The Consultation Process
No matter what your personal health goals are, Cynthia will create a personalized program for you which integrates healthy eating and lifestyle choices, including menu plans which support achieving proper nutrition and health goals. Here’s how the process will work:
Initial Session
(Intake)
Cynthia will review your goals, medical history, current food intake, portion sizes, food preferences, supplement usage, and exercise habits.
60 minutes : $125
Second Session
(Personalized Plan)
Cynthia will provide a personalized menu plan and integrate a supplemental protocol based on your goals, likes/dislikes, and lifestyle. It will be designed to achieve your personal goals.
60 minutes : $95
Follow-Up
Appointments
Cynthia will provide ongoing education and menu plans, along with coaching on your day-to-day challenges.
30 minutes : $65
