Cynthia will provide you with menu plans that include easy to follow recipes and snacks that take your food preferences and lifestyle into consideration to ensure that you are successful with meeting your goals. But, she knows that giving you a menu isn’t always enough. Clients will receive dietary education, new menu plans, and coaching on day-to-day challenges on an ongoing basis.
